As we draw closer to clenching both a concept artist and an artist for Splitting Seams, plans are being made as to how, exactly, we’re going to go about getting the issues out there for everyone to read.

As you know, it’s already set that we will release a 13 page prologue to the series prior to the release of Splitting Seams.

Now, for all you Long Beach locals, we are looking into getting some copies of that prologue over to local comic shops like Amazing Comics for people to pick up. This shouldn’t be much of a problem; it’s just a way to make people aware of, and interested in, the series. Printing for these copies should be relatively cheap.

Which brings us to the next point, and this may be a repeat for those of you following on Facebook.

Originally, we planned to print using Lulu.com. We were then going to use some of their fancier services to get the books available through Borders stores. Now though, after some much needed and very late researching, it’s much more likely that we’ll be using Comixpress.com. Not only will printing be half the price of what Lulu.com asks, but it just seems like a more fitting front for distribution.

So, in the future, keep your eyes here, on Comixpress.com, and on Comicspace.com (here’s hoping you guys all have 3 eyes…) for signs of our books.
